Jennifer Madden
Jennifer Madden is an Assistant District Attorney with the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. She heads the Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit (H.E.A.T.) and supervises H.E.A.T Watch, a 5 point strategy to combat Human Trafficking. Additionally, Jennifer serves on the Executive Board of the City of Oakland Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) Task Force. Previously, Jennifer led in the development of Girls Court, a gender-specific court at the Juvenile Justice Center, served on the Gender Responsive Task Force and led in the development of the Young Women’s Saturday Program and SafetyNet, a weekly collaborative case review for juvenile victims of commercial sexual exploitation.
Robyn Levinson
Born and raised in Oakland and Alameda County, Robyn Levinson is the Coordinator for the Human Exploitation and Trafficking (H.E.A.T.) Watch Program for the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. Robyn graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Education and Social Policy and an emphasis on Juvenile Justice policy. She has previously worked for U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein’s office, the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Department, and the Moran Center for Youth Advocacy.
